Despite its small size, the program has many tools to not only create a new image directly in the editor window, and use the finished video and order sequent image files. EximiousSoft GIF Creator supports many formats such as GIF, AVI, BMP, PCX, JPG, TIFF, PNG, TGA, PSD, ICO, CUR, ANI, SWF etc.
The new version added a number of effects to create animation (rotation, scaling, etc.).
