Completed the sale of Skype

As a result of agreements Skype has acquired the right to dispose of critical software code owned and based Zennstromom Friis Company Joltid, in exchange for 14% stake in Skype. 70% share of Skype sold for $2 billion investment group that includes Silver Lake, Andreessen Horowitz and other partners without Joltid, receiving 56%.
